Hello, my name is Jeff Thomas, and I’ve spent 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping adolescents and adults manage anxiety, low mood, stress, ADHD, and major life transitions. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and now run Good Life Counseling. Over the years, I’ve worked with many families and adults who were capable but stuck—struggling with follow-through, motivation, and consistency at home, school, or work.

That’s where coaching comes in.

Many parents don’t need therapy for their child. Many adults don’t need to dig into the past. They need structure, accountability, and a system that works in real life. They need help turning good intentions into consistent action.

I built The Gym: Mental Fitness and The Gym: ADHD Coaching to meet that need.

Coaching is practical and focused. We build routines for sleep, school or work, and daily responsibilities. We work on time management, reducing procrastination, and following through on tasks. You or your child will leave each session with a clear plan, then track what happens and adjust as needed.

My approach is direct and structured. Parents get support in helping their child stay on track. Adults get a system they can rely on when motivation drops.

The goal is straightforward: more consistency, less stress, and a daily routine that holds up.
